Habitat for Humanity

To build homes for the homeless.

Joy has worked with Habitat for Humanity, Lake County to build homes in the Waukegan area for several years.

We provide volunteer construction help at least 4 times per year!

2007 work days are: Feb 3, Apr 21, June 9 and Sept 15.

We meet at Joy! at 7:30am and drive to the work site. The work day runs from 8am until about 5pm. Bring work gloves, hammer, water and lunch! Dress for the weather.
