Council Nomination Form

Welcome to the Joy! Lutheran Church Council Nomination Form.  To nominate someone to serve on the church council simply fill out the form below.  If you are unable to submit a form online, forms are available on the kiosk in the Connections Cafe. Please submit completed form to Administrative Assistant, Laurie Papini, in the church office. 

 Eligibility Requirements: To be eligible for the Joy! Church Council the nominee must be a confirmed member of Joy!  Joy! staff and their spouses, as well as current Council members, are ineligible to be on this team.  

Nominations are due by April 10, 2017
