Fear and anxiety are a normal part of our lives but when out of control, it can take over and hold us back from operating at our full potential. For three weeks in May, during mental health awareness month, we will focus on strategies to deal with fear and anxiety. The group will meet on Zoom on Wednesday nights from 7 to 8:30pm for a video and discussion. Join for one, two, or all three sessions.
