- Bernie's Book Bank: 2 out of 3 low income children have no books of their own. Bernie's book bank is the largest Chicagoland provider of quality books for these children. We believe that books and reading are both the vehicle and the road to a better life. Help us sort, sticker & pack books!
- Joy!Serve Blood Drive: PROJECT FULL
- COOL Housing/Yard Clean-up: Clean up, yard work and minor repairs at COOL Ministries Transitional Housing Units. Work is suitable for families with older children, wear old clothes and bring gloves. Projects include cleaning out a garage, doing yard work, cleaning out a basement and doing some minor repairs. Some heavy lifting may be involved.
- Friends of Madagascar Mission: Volunteers will learn about the struggles and needs of the people of Madagascar, pray for them and the ministries of FOMM, sort and package up donated clothing by size and gender, and put them in a suitcase that will be delivered to Madagascar on an October Mission.
- Greentown Harvesting: Harvesting food for the under-resourced.
- JUSTembrace: House cleaning & general home repairs then a mid afternoon cookout to meet the guests who come to the JUSTembrace house which equips and inspires people to live lifestyles of restoration.
- Love INC: PROJECT FULL
- Music for Seniors: Performing a concert for senior residents at a memory care facility. Participants can be ensemble groups or individuals with one or a set of tunes to perform. Piano accompaniment is available for soloists. If participants do not want to perform an ensemble or solo, there will also be group singalongs to participate in.
